Propan Smallgoods was established in Sydney in 2002, based on the family’s 20 years previous experience specializing in the production of prosciutto, pancetta and smoked leg ham.

With their state of the art industrial slicing facilities, Propan Smallgoods is now slicing premium quality smallgoods that have been carefully selected by us in convenient vacuum sealed packets. We work closely with the Biasi family to choose smallgoods that fit our ethos.
