Quinby’s is made up of completely raw Australian Wildflower Honey that they process on their own farms, infused at very low temperatures (below pasteurisation) with Australian Habanero Chilli.

The concept was inspired by James Thompson and brother-in-law Daniel Jalalaty after their time in New York where chilli honey has become the new Sriracha.
