Sheep’s Milk Cheese (with Spanish Black Truffles)

An exceptional quality semi-hard cheese made with milk from a single herd of La Mancha sheep. Black truffles (Tuber Melanosporum) are layered through the cheese during the mould-filling process. This produces striking layers through the centre of the wheel and natural truffle flavour with every mouthful.
