Iberico

A Spanish, Manchego-style cheese made with an equal blend of sheep, goat and cow’s milks. The distinctive, sharp flavour of this white cheese ranges from nutty to fruity depending on the season in which it was made. It has a rich, buttery texture. The perfect wine bar cheese. Goes particularly well with honey.
